Silage films
Manufactured with the most advanced multi-layer co-extrusion technology and in widths of up to 24 meters in a continuous, unwelded sheet. 2-in-1 solutions
Our range of 2-in-1 solutions is designed to reduce the installation time of the films for silage and underlayers, which are usually applied separately in two passes.

Oxygen barrier films
The oxygen barrier films developed by the Armando Alvarez Group protect your silage from the detrimental effects of oxygen penetration, drastically reducing the loss of dry matter and increasing the nutritional value of the silage, which enhances animal wellbeing and, therefore, production.
OXYGEN BARRIER UNDERLAYER FILM
A film designed with a 7-layer structure and EVOH technology that allows for perfect adherence to the silage surface along with full oxygen impermeability, preserving the fodder in optimal condition.
SILO BARRIER FILM
At 10 times higher impermeability than a standard 150 mic. film, using silo barrier film guarantees better fermentation and helps to reduce losses, considerably improving the quality of the stored product.
Its 7-layer structure provides excellent mechanical properties, while at the same time it is a light, very flexible, easy to install and a fully recyclable film.
Protective netting
Reinforced fabric, extremely resistant to adverse weather and damage caused by animals, protecting not only the plastic but also the feed, by eliminating any risk of external contamination or infestation by rodents.

Sand/ gravel anchor bags
To be used along with the protective netting, they contribute to the airtight sealing of silage.
The bags can be filled with gravel or sand, providing weight and flexibility, adapting to any irregularities in the silage pile.
They are a suitable alternative to tire sidewalls, making the work environment cleaner (preventing the proliferation of water, insects and odors) and they take up less storage room when the season is over.

Silage and grain bags
